DOG-FRIENDLY STAYS AND CLEAR POLICIES
We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we welcome up to two medium-sized, well-behaved dogs per room. While dogs aren’t permitted in the restaurant during breakfast, they can stay in your room for that short period, ensuring everyone’s comfort. Our cancellation policy is equally straightforward: cancellations within seven days are non-refundable, while those made earlier incur a modest £20 admin fee. For bookings made through agents, the full amount may be taken upfront. With no handling fees for credit or debit cards, we aim to make your booking experience as smooth and transparent as possible. The room we stayed in was very spacious, with a TV, wifi, and an en suite, and tea, coffee, and biscuits were replenished every day. Had a lovely cooked breakfast of choice every morning, which was served by the wonderful staff and Scott, Rachel, and Olivia... we really enjoyed our stay. We both hope to see you all again soon.
The friendliest of welcomes, the cleanest of rooms, the most comfortable of beds with the fluffiest of pillows, the best service and the tastiest of breakfasts. Staying at Arundel House is a most pleasurable experience because of Scott, his family and everyone who works there. They do their very utmost to make you feel at home, and you are very well fed. The location is perfect: a short walk into town and its attractions, and Pannett Park with its gardens and museums is on the doorstep. There is more than adequate parking, and the bus stop is very close. It ticks all the boxes.
